Berroco Tillie Yarn is a luxurious, hand-dyed, lightweight, chainette yarn of 62% Pima Cotton and 38% Cupro, which is a sustainable silk-like fiber made from cotton waste. You’ll love the softness and gorgeous drape this lightweight yarn has, and the fact that it’s also machine washable!

Tip: Alternate skeins every two rows or rounds to avoid patterning with this beautiful, hand dyed yarn.

This yarn is available for pre-order. Berroco is a new brand for the Yarn Crafts and Coffee Yarn Shop (though personally, I have used several of the lines and absolutely love it!) so I am taking pre-orders to build up my stock with all your favorites. I will gather all of the sales, and place one big order on August 19th. I should receive the yarn in my cat friendly studio about 2 weeks later, and then I will turnaround and ship it out to you so expect about 3 weeks but up to 4 weeks from August 19th for your order to ship (ie middle of September).

For any yarns/colorways that are not available as of my order date, I will reach out individually via email to see if you’d like me to put it on re-order or cancel and refund that portion of your order – I won’t know until I receive my order what is on backorder. If you’ve ordered enough to qualify for free shipping, you will still receive it on your current order regardless of whether or not yarns have been cancelled by me from your order, and I will honor it on a future order that includes any yarns you opted for re-order on.

Set Up: Hank that will need to be wound into a cake. You can either do by hand or with a yarn winder, or for a fee, I can wind it into a center pull ball for you (per ball).

Fiber Content: 62% Pima Cotton, 38% Cupro

Care Instructions: Machine washable in cold water on the delicate cycle. Roll in a towel to press the water out, and lay flat to dry remainder.

Knitting Gauge: 23 – 24 stitches and 32 – 36 rows = 4″

Recommended Knitting Needle Size: US 5 / 3.75mm – US 7 / 4.5mm

Crochet Gauge: 22 single crochets x 28 rows = 4″

Recommend Crochet Hook Size: G6 / 4mm
