Louisa Harding Giardino Yarn is a soft, lightweight yarn blend of 52% Cotton and 48% Acrylic that pairs gorgeous colors together in a rather fast striping manner to create small bursts of colors, but still with a linear effect. Giardino is sure to become your go to for garments and accessories that feature playful colors, especially for warmer weather. You’ll love how easy Giardino projects are to care for with the yarn being machine washable!

This yarn is often paired together with Louisa Harding Gabrielle and Louisa Harding Brittany, which both have similar fiber contents.

Set Up: Donut ball that is ready to use, though many makers like to wind into a cake. For a fee, I can wind it into a center pull ball  for you (per ball).

Fiber Content: 52% Cotton, 48% Acrylic

Ball Weight & Yardage: 100 grams / 284 yards

Care Instructions: Though hand washing is best to preserve the quality, this yarn is machine washable in cold water on the gentle cycle. Roll in a towel to press the water out, and lay flat to dry.

Knitting Gauge: 21 – 24 stitches = 4″

Recommended Knitting Needle Size: US 5 / 3.75mm – US 7 / 4.5mm

Crochet Gauge: 12 – 17 Single Crochets = 4″

Recommend Crochet Hook Size: F5 / 3.75mm – 7 / 4.5mm
