Juniper Moon Cumulus Yarn Solid Colors
$22.00
Juniper Moon Cumulus Yarn is an amazingly soft, luxurious, cloud-like yarn comprised of 94% Israeli Mako Cotton and 6% Nylon that is perfect for wearables, accessories and especially blankets! Cumulus is not only feathery soft, but durable and breathable, and though it has a high cotton content, the Israeli Mako Cotton is lightweight. Seriously, I fell in love with this yarn the moment I held a sample in my hands and was so surprised that it still looked freshly knit despite being 8 years old and kept on display. As if you need another thing to sell you, but you’ll also love the ease in being machine washable!

Now, Cumulus comes in different versions that can be used interchangably – the original of solid colors, the Dappled version (variegated), the Degrade version (ombre cake with longer color sections) and the Rainbow version (cake with longer color sections). This listing you’ll find all the Solid Colors so if you’re looking for some fun variegated colorways to pair with these solid colors, you’ll want to make sure you check out my listing for Juniper Moon Cumulus Yarn Variegated Colors.
One of my favorite crochet stitch patterns uses mosaic crochet. I’ve named the series Through the Window, and my favorite way to work it is with a variegated yarn as the windows and a coordinating color over top. Cumulus would be perfect for shawls and afghans worked in this stitch pattern. Above, you see my Through the Window Scarf (not worked in Cumulus, just as an example).
