Berroco Vintage Yarn is a lovely, soft and durable yarn comprised of 52% Acrylic, 40% Wool, and 8% Nylon that is perfect for warm and soft wearables and accessories! The acrylic, wool and nylon work together to produce a versatile, workhorse yarn for everyday items that are sure to become favorites! You’ll also love the ease in being machine washable!

Regarding the Colors: Some colors appear very similar. Since you’ll find other weights of Berroco Vintage including Vintage Sock (Fingering #1), Vintage DK (Lightweight #3) and Vintage Chunky (#5), I wanted to carry the same colorways if available so this worsted weight version has a lot more colorways available than some of the others so it’s a combination. I thought this would be best in case you were trying to match another project you’ve made, especially if working on matching sets.

Set Up: Hank that will need to be wound into a cake. You can either do by hand or with a yarn winder, or for a fee, I can wind it into a center pull hank for you (per ball).

Care Instructions: Turn item inside out before washing. Machine washable in cold water on the delicate cycle. Roll in a towel to press the water out, and lay flat to dry remainder.

Recommended Knitting Needle Size: US 7 / 4.5mm

Crochet Gauge: Not provided on the label or from the Berroco site, but my personal gauge using a H8/5mm hook: 16 US Half Double Crochet stitches = 4 1/8″ wide; 16 Rows = 5 3/4″ tall

Recommend Crochet Hook Size: Not provided on the label or from the Berroco site, but I like to use a H8/5mm or I9/5.5mm crochet hook with this yarn.
