Berroco Meraki Yarn is an excellent, lightweight, thick and thin textured blend of 71% Cotton, 24% Hemp, and 5% Polyester that is perfect for warm weather projects! The thick and thin texture takes on a sort of wavy appearance paired with the tweed-like, stonewash effect and it’s lightweight nature, this yarn screams Hello Summer! You’ll also love the ease in being machine washable!

Tip: When working with a thin and thick yarn, keep a looser tension on the thin portions. You’ll want bring your thin loops up to the same height as the thick loops so the rows will be even. It’s not everyone’s cup of tea, but with a little patience, it will produce such a fun, textured fabric!

Set Up: Donut ball that is ready to use, though many makers like to wind into a cake. For a fee, I can wind it into a center pull ball  for you (per ball).

Care Instructions: Machine washable in cold water on the delicate cycle. Roll in a towel to press the water out, and lay flat to dry remainder.

Knitting Gauge: 5 1/4 – 5 1/2 stitches = 1″; 21 – 22 stitches x 29 – 30 rows = 4″

Recommended Knitting Needle Size: US 5 / 3.75mm – US 6 / 4mm

Crochet Gauge: 4 1/2 single crochets = 1″; 18 single crochets x 22 rows = 4″

Recommend Crochet Hook Size: G6 / 4mm
