Queensland’s Falkland Worsted Yarn is a soft and bouncy, worsted weight yarn made of 100% fine merino wool harvested from sheep ethically raised in the Falkland Islands where the sheep can roam free. This wool is soft, yet hardwearing making it the perfect yarn for cozy wearables and accessories, but also home decor items like blankets and pillows. While this yarn is not superwash, you’ll love how easy projects are to care for being a machine washable wool.

Made In: The sheep are from the Falkland Islands, near the southern tip of South America. The wool is processed and dyed in Turkey.

Set Up: Hank that will need to be wound into a cake. You can either do by hand or with a yarn winder, or for a fee, I can wind it into a center pull ball for you (per ball).

Care Instructions: Machine washable in cold water on the delicate cycle. Roll in a towel to press the water out, and lay flat to dry remainder.

Crochet Gauge: 11 – 14 Single Crochets = 4″
