Circulo Natural Cotton Maxcolor 4/6 Yarn is a versatile, soft cotton yarn made of 100% cotton, that is also colorfast and perfect for a variety of home decor projects and breathable accessories, especially for warm weather. You’ll love how easy projects are to care for too being machine washable.

Natural Cotton Maxcolor 4/6 Yarn is a great yarn to use for a variety of projects, but being a 100% cotton, it doesn’t have any fiber within it to keep it’s shape or bounce back so I don’t recommend it for things like garments or hats, but this yarn is great for housewares like washcloths, doilies and table runners, bags like clutches, tote bags and sunglass pouches, and accessories that are perfect for Summer like scarves, shawls and cowls.

Being colorfast, meaning the colors are set, you don’t have to worry about the colors fading and/or bleeding in the washing process, and there are so many great solid colors and multicolors to choose from!

4/6 refers to the thickness of the yarn. This yarn is labeled a light worsted, but it actually works up like a heavy worsted weight yarn, more similar to something like Lily Sugar n Cream.

This yarn also comes in a 4/4 weight, which is more like a heavy lightweight or light worsted weight yarn, similar to something like WeCrochet Dishie.

Care Instructions: Machine wash in cold water. Roll in a towel to press the water out, and lay flat to dry remainder.

Crochet Gauge: 13 single crochets x 18 rows = 4″

Recommend Crochet Hook Size: I9 / 5.5mm – K10.5 / 6.5mm (which is different than that listed on label, but I this is better suited for this thicker yarn)
