Premier Yarns Basix DK Yarn is a soft, yet sturdy lightweight acrylic yarn that is perfect for practically any crochet, knit or plastic canvas needlepoint project you could dream of, but is most popular for beanies, sweaters and blankets. You’ll love that this yarn is machine washable and dryable making it easy to care for.

Keep in mind the colorways may appear to be a slightly different color on screen than the one you receive in person as colors show differently on different monitors. Photos shown are digital color swatches. Note: This product is new to the shop. We have enjoyed using Premier Yarns brand for over 20 years, and are now opening for pre-orders as we build our inventory slowly. Once your order is placed on our website, we may need to order the color/quantity chosen. We receive it in approximately 1 week from our supplier in Mississippi, and will ship out immediately to you. Set Up: Center pull ball that is ready to use!

Fiber Content: 100% Acrylic

Ball Weight: 3.5 ounces / 100 grams

Yardage: 306 yards / 280 meters

Care Instructions: Machine washable in cold water on the gentle cycle, and dryable on low heat. I do recommend rolling in a towel first to press the water out, and then machine drying. Depending on the project, you may need to run it through twice and/or lay flat to dry remainder.

Knitting Gauge: 22 stitches x 28 rows = 4″

Recommended Knitting Needle Size: US 6 / 4mm

Crochet Gauge: 16 single crochets x 17 rows = 4″

Recommend Crochet Hook Size: G6 / 4mm
